Outreach

Food Pantry

Our food pantry provides food and grocery items as well as holiday baskets to individuals and families in need of assistance in the Greencastle-Antrim area. We are able to keep our pantry stocked with donations of food items and money from our congregation as well as Boy Scout and USPS postal workers food drives and Lion’s Club fundraisers. If you would like to help with this project, you may deliver items to the church or contact the church office to arrange for local pick-up of heavy boxes.

Clothing Bank

Our clothing bank supplements our food pantry by providing clothing items for those in our area who are in need. These items are also donated by our members and organizations within the church. Gently-used clothes can be delivered to the church, or you may call the church office to arrange for local pick-up.  Clothing bank hours are from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM on Wednesdays.

And God is able to provide you with every blessing in abundance, so that by always having enough of everything, you may share abundantly in every good work.
—II Corinthians 9:8

Facility Sharing

We are pleased to be able to share our spacious facilities with area groups and organizations such as Girl Scouts, the Lion’s and Lioness Clubs, Greencastle-Antrim Women’s Fellowship, and Franklin County Head Start.

If you have a meeting or event you would like to hold at ELC, please fill out the Request for Facility Use form and submit it to the office. All requests are subject to approval by Congregation Council, and ELC’s own events take priority.
