Rev. Horn has been Pastor at Evangelical Lutheran since October 1999. Before that, he served about nine years at Holy Trinity, York Springs, and five years at the Turbotville Parish, north of Sunbury. He is a 1983 graduate of the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia and a 1979 graduate of Cornell University, where he majored in economics. His wife, Denise (married 1983), is also a pastor, serving Salem Lutheran Church in nearby Marion, PA. They have three children. His interests include astronomy and model railroading (mostly dreaming as opposed to actual doing).
